Certified Playground Safety Inspectors:

• We have Certified Playground Safety Inspectors who will inspect, identify and report any and all safety hazards immediately.
• Whichever service schedule you choose you will receive a certified playground safety inspection by a certified playground safety inspector per tot lot per service.
• If there are any safety hazards we will caution tape or barricade any and all affected areas followed by digital pictures for your files, notify the manager followed by a quote to repair.

Playground and Ramada Equipment Maintenance and Repair

We will identify and report on any potential safety hazard followed by a price for repair or replacement on the playground and ramada equipment. This includes the protective surfaces such as the ADA mandated rubberized poured in place tot turf, sand, wood fill, slides, crawl tubes, swings, chains, rockers, view panels, basketball hoops and nets, volley ball nets and posts, picnic tables, trash receptacles, park benches, barbeques, water fountains and more.

Playground Sanitizing and Cleaning:

• We will power spray all of the playground and ramada equipment with 2,000 psi of boiling hot sanitizing solution.
• We remove as much graffiti as possible, bird droppings, gum, food, candy, soda, dirt and more.
• We will sweep or leaf blow the remade floors, sidewalks and tot turf.
• We will remove any foreign debris.

Playground Maintenance Service includes:

• High, Medium and Low frequency certified Playground safety inspections per tot lot.
• Immediately report on any safety hazards and other issues via e-mail or phone call with digital pictures.
• When safety hazards are present we will caution tape off the areas affected.
• We will tighten and replace any loose general specialty nuts or bolts.
• Sanitize and pressure wash all playground and ramada equipment with 2,000 psi of boiling hot sanitizing solution.
• Rake and level all surface materials.
• Sweep or leaf blow off the ramada floors and sidewalks.
• Removal of as much graffiti as possible and of any foreign debris.
• We will offer a detailed proposal for repair in a timely manner.
